Sources & boundaries
Different notices. Different rules.
This beta prepares documents for parking charges and council parking penalties in England and Wales. It does not assess police fines, moving traffic, hired vehicles, statutory/byelaw land, debt enforcement or court proceedings.
Why there is no “chance of winning” score
Dates and user statements cannot establish all the legal facts. We show possible checks and missing information, never a made-up probability or guaranteed cancellation.
What does the 14-day check actually cover?
It is one private keeper-liability condition where no notice to driver was given. A preceding windscreen/handed-over notice uses a different timing window. Neither finding decides the driver’s liability or whether all other conditions are met.
Does everyone get ten minutes?
No. The England statutory check here is limited to a designated parking place after a paid or permitted-free period has expired. It is not applied to private charges, Wales or prohibited parking.
Source review: 8 October 2026. The revised POFA HTML could not be retrieved; the enacted text and official guidance were used for this limited beta. Updated-version verification and professional legal review remain outstanding before a production launch.
Your notice stays with you.
Form answers and document contents stay in memory in this tab. Refreshing or closing the tab clears them. Download a copy before leaving. No account, notice upload or remote model is used.
Anonymous local workflow counts contain no names, registration plates, references, addresses or document text. This local beta has no external analytics collector. Diagnostic mode does not record those counts.
